Works with the couple to plan their wedding months or years in advance
Helps with all aspects of the wedding, from vendors to design and decor to schedules and logistics to execution
Assists with Venue research and selection
Oversees Budget Management
Schedules and participates in meetings for any 3rd party contractors such as photographers, videographers, caterers, stationary and any other vendor based on client’s request
Places rental orders for furniture, linens, china, backdrops, dancefloors etc.
Provides Hotel Accommodation recommendations and assists with booking room blocks
Attends tasting with catering company
Assists with design of full stationary and proof reading before sent to print
Assists with Assembly and mailing of all invitations
Attends Gown Fitting and advise on selection of gown and accessories if desired
Provides Shuttle/Transportation recommendations and Booking assistance
