Assumes responsibility for bride’s personal belongings – i.e. cell phone, make-up, extra pair of shoes, change of clothes etc.
Ensures the Bridal Suite/Home is “photo ready” with specific background pieces in place and removes any trash, food, beverage or clutter once professional photography has begun
Ensures Bridal wardrobe such as shoes, bridal accessories, dress, lingerie etc. are readily available for photographer
Serves as a liaison between bride and wedding planner; ensuring that if the bride has a question or needs an update, it can be addressed immediately
Collaborates on hair and make-up schedule with bridal party and stylists to ensure timeliness for arrival of photographers/videographers
Coordinates/Accepts any food deliveries, as well as sets up all meals, mimosa bars etc.
Ensures photographer has the “shot list” upon arrival
Gathers bride & groom, bridal party and immediate family for photos; wrangles any missing members for specific photos
Assists bride with putting on her wedding gown if needed
Provides the Bridal Emergency kit
Ensures Safe Keeping of the Wedding Bands and Marriage License on the big day
Provides personal transportation to run last minute, day of errands for the Bride/Bridal Party
Executes Other “Day of” duties per Bride/Bridal Party request
